esortThe Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, Universal Orlando’s fifth on-site property welcomed its first guests today with a Caribbean-themed celebration.

Inspired by the scenic rivers and waterfalls of the Caribbean, the resort features a traditional island setting with modern touches. From rooms overlooking the lagoon, the pool and even family suites, the resort is set to be one of the area’s hot new destinations.

Along with Universal Orlando’s largest on-site pool, the resort also includes a water slide, a children’s play area, two sand beaches and a fire pit making it a destination within itself.

A few of the on-site dining options include Amatista Cookhouse featuring Caribbean-inspired food including the signature mojo marinated rotisserie chicken – open to guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
